We require a valid skin test for all chemical services & do not perform any chemical services on children under 16 years old.

When booking a new Chemical service, you must book a consultation with your chosen stylist in order for them to check your hair and complete all required allergy & strand testing at the time of booking.

Allergy tests must be done a minimum of 48hrs before your booking and must be repeated every 6 months, or when there are changes to your medical history, new henna or tattoo.

If you are not sure if you require a new allergy test call our reception team on 01296 427074.

If you fail to attend your allergy test and we are unable to complete your service due to this, your booking fee will be retained as a late cancellation fee.

When booking a chemical service, we require you to book a mandatory post colour rough dry if you are not having a cut or blow dry. 

This is for us to check our colour work before you leave the salon.

We use a specialist colour weighing system called Vish.  This charges colour services by the weight of the colour used.  This will be in addition to the guide colour price.  This ensures you are only charged for the additional colour required to complete your services and not a standard bowl charge without being charged for any wasted products.  Vish also records your exact colour formula to give you consistent results every time. 

Premium Drinks Menu  

We still have our complimentary fresh ground filter coffee and tea available for you to enjoy in salon.

But if you would like to try something different, we have a full range of speciality coffees available on our premium drink's menu.

We are also fully licensed and have a full range of alcoholic beverages available for you to try.  We have a fully licensed premises and ID may be requested when purchasing alcoholic drinks off the menu.
